Hi, My name is John Fischer.

Welcome to ocwencomplaints.com. The reason why I set up this website is I’m a victim. You know, I’ve always been trained to never be a victim, but Ocwen is the worst. I’m telling you right now, and I have created Ocwen complaints as a place for you to come. Let me share my experience with you, let me show you how I finally got out from underneath the grip. Now, I didn’t make any money. I didn’t win any lawsuits. You know, I was part of a couple of class action suits and by the time they divided everything, there’s nothing left. I went after them myself. And you know what, they are like the big giant and I’m like the little tiny squirrel. I mean it was really, really hard to grow up against them because they are such a big company.

But guess what, together we have the power. If you’re being abused by Ocwen, we are going to go ahead and put together a major lawsuit against the people, not just state by state, but in the whole country. We’ve got the legal firms to do it. So, if you have any questions whatsoever and you’re being abused by Ocwen, give us a call 561-981-8777 or just fill out the form on the site itself, we will refer you to the right people and we’ll get some action done around here. If you have any questions, call me- 561-981-8777. Have a beautiful day and God bless.

CFPB Filing

  • On April 20, 2017, the Consumer finance protection bureau filed a lawsuit in the federal district court for the Southern District of Florida for violations of federal consumer financial laws. Their most noteworthy claims include allegations regarding data, foreclosures, and escrow accounts.

Massachusetts Filing

  • Ocwen disclosed in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing that it reached a settlement with the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs & Business Regulations. Massachusetts’ banking regulators went further than many of the other states by effectively putting them out of business in the state. They stopped them from operating.

A Private Women’s Intentionally Incorrect Balance

  • Valerie Jeffers, of Parker Colorado, was falsely accused of owing the company money. Her settlement was $400,000 . The credit bureaus removed the false reports about Valerie from their records.

Florida Fraud

  • Investors suffered when the data provided by their main computer systems was flawed in 2017. Investors lodged a complaint.
  • The investors alleged that those missteps caused stock prices to plummet from a high of $11.61 per share to $2.49 per share. This is almost a 80% decline.
  • The potential damages were estimated to be more than $600 million, according to a news released from Ocwen’s legal team at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel

Visitor Testimonials

I reached out to Ocwen Complaints and I am happy with the resources I was provided. I wish I had known about this sooner.”

“Why does Ocwen do this to us as residential owners? They just don’t want to play by the rules or keep customers informed”
– Larry T
“Loan origination companies have to be open, honest, and thorough. I am a real estate broker. I always tell my clients to carefully vet any loan originators that they work with. Ocwen would not even crack the top 50 origination companies I would personally want to work with”
