My Experience and Why I Started This Website

Hi! Everybody, my name is John Fischer. Welcome to ocwencomplaints.com. And yeah, I built this website to give you the release that I just felt. I finally broke away from Ocwen. Let me tell you, it took a lot of time, a little bit of money. But that costs money and I had to hire a lawyer of course. And fighting these guys was not easy, and let me just give you some information. These guys are predatory as they come.

I had a scenario where a time where down here in Florida, the wind and the flood insurance were together at one time and then they split up, and I never got a notice about it. At the time, I was paying my own taxes and my own insurance. Ocwen, for 24 hours, charged me gap insurance for $12,000. From that point on, every time I sent a payment and it went towards the gap and they ran me into a 90 day late payment. I contested that $12,000 gap. I hired a lawyer, I asked for proof showing what company charged them $12,000 for 24 hours gap. They never gave us that information. They just tied us up with mumbo jumbo. We complained to the state. We’ve got plenty of apology letters from them. We had zero balances from these guys, and the next month we’re back to a $12,000 balance and the damn foreclosure letters continue to come in.

I’m a heart patient. I’m not a victim and I’m not a wimp. You can tell them I’m not a wimpy guy, but you know what? I got a bad heart, six level bypass in 2001, congestive heart failure two times, I had a struggle last November. And you know these idiots. I mean, I’m surprised I didn’t die from a heart attack from these idiots. I mean every time you open up a certified letter, there was foreclosure. And you know what? I didn’t have to make that $12,000 payment. That’s a bunch of crap. As it is today, I ended up paying that 12,000 that I didn’t have to.

They finally agreed to a  settlement thing, they said, okay, here’s your new payment. We’re going to start taking you out of this issue. Six months later, it turns out they never pulled the escrow out. Again, they show me the $12,000 in arrears. And again, the worst scenario is the insurance company calls me up and said, John, where’s your insurance payment? What are you talking about? These guys are taking escrow, don’t you have Ocwen on the numbers? And they go well, they haven’t paid someone coming up to you. I had to write a check for $2,300 that day. It was a partial right away, part of a three month installation, and it took Ocwen 21 days to replace my $2,300 check. And guess what? I said, okay, you know what? According to your formula, 24 hours equals $12,000, you owe me a quarter million dollars. Really it was over a million dollars and was ridiculous, but I said, you owe me a quarter million dollars for gap insurance. Oh no, Mr. Fischer doesn’t work like that.

Okay, so this is the kind of people you’re dealing with, but you know what, the biggest weapon they use in their stupid foreclosure and it scared the daylights audience. Nobody wants to have their home foreclose. Here’s the good news. I’m going to show you what I did and I’m going to go ahead and make you fill that form out and refer you to the proper agencies and attorneys and you’re not going to have this craziness anymore. And the second just became a sunny day, we had a big storm before and it was kind of like reminiscent of, you know what it was like being under Ocwen and now the sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and I’m a mellow fellow again. And guess what? You deserve that. You don’t have to be abused by this company. And you know what? If you put in Ocwen lawsuits or Ocwen complaints so you’re not alone, and how the government allows these idiots that continue to abuse people and take advantage, and robbed them to operate is strange. I don’t understand this, but guess what? You’re going to get some relief and I’m going to show you how. Fill out our form at www.ocwencomplaints.com.
