Gap Insurance Woes and Ocwen

Hi everybody! My name is John Fischer. Welcome to ocwencomplaints.com. You know, here in my office, we don’t say oc, we go occ-ocwen. And I got a real bad story to tell you. Those guys rip me off. Those guys made my life miserable. I had a 6 double bypass back in 2001 and I don’t want your pity. You can tell them I’m in pretty good shape, considering 18 years ago I had almost died on the table.

But you know what, these guys are leeches- these guys are predators- these are the worst people in the world. I was able to finally get the hell away from them. I finally said to myself, you know what, I am going to go ahead and make sure that the people out there are aware of this. And you know, you don’t need me to tell you, if you punch in Ocwen in Google and Ocwencomplaints, almost every state has a billion dollar complaint against them. I don’t get how the hell the government continues to let them go in the stock with that.

Let me tell you my personal story. These guys, when in Florida, when the wind and the floods were together, they separated. I’ve got the one notice, I never got the notice on the other one. I didn’t get it from State Farm Insurance and I didn’t get it from Ocwen. So Ocwen hit me for gap insurance for $12,000 and then the nightmare begins. What happens from there on is every time I sent her mortgage payments, they apply at 12,000, I said look, show me proof for two days you’re charging me $12,000 and the nightmare begins. Every time I got to the point where I’d get into a zero balance, okay, and they never send me proof that an insurance company, charge them $12,000 for two days worth of insurance.

So let me tell you, I’m going to put together this company and this website to help you guys out with your complaints and let these people finally get what they deserve and make sure to take care of you. They held me hostage. I couldn’t even leave them because they showed me 90 days late. You can’t refinance your house this way. Once I left, I went ahead and bought Ocwencomplaints and a couple of other juicy dotcoms. And I’m telling you, come to the site, fill out the form, we’re going to refer them to wherever we’re going to refer to. Yeah, we may get a referral fee or we may have to charge the law firm for marketing. We haven’t figured that out. All I want to do right now is make sure you get the help from my experience, from what I went through. Okay. These people are bad people.

One last thing, we went ahead and had a big fight about the escrow and we finally complained. We have so many complaints, we can show them up to you from the actual department of I think it’s the mortgage division in Tallahassee, and would they apologize two times in a row. Okay, now here’s the mortgage for whatever, 6 months later, the insurance company calls me up and says, “Hey, you have no insurance, what’s going on?” I said Ocwen was supposed to- they are supposed to be paying it. They said, well, they haven’t pay it, and you got to come in here and pay it. You know you’ve got a problem. I went ahead and had to come up with a quick 6,000. I talked to him it to half a payment 2,900, you know what- Ocwen didn’t pay me back for 21 days.

What I said, according to your numbers, you owe me a quarter million dollars and the guy says to me, that they doesn’t work like that. So he can charge me for two days, $12,000, but I can’t charge them for 21 days, quarter billion dollars. Just to kind of crap and the kind of people you’re dealing with and yeah, I’m pissed off.
